CHALLENGE
The client needed a structured online platform to present multiple educational formats while enabling flexible pricing, online purchases, and a personal account for students. The system had to integrate with a third-party LMS and process secure payments via JCC Smart without duplicating academic or pricing logic. The core challenge was defining clear system boundaries, ensuring real-time synchronization, stable API communication, and consistent data flow across connected environments.

OUR APPROACH
1. Clear System Responsibility Separation
We defined clear system boundaries:
Third-party LMS — academic structure, teachers, packages, pricing, lesson logic
ICan Pro Website — interface, personal account, bookings, cancellations, payments
The website does not duplicate academic or pricing logic — all commercial data is pulled dynamically from the LMS.
2. Integration-First Strategy
Since the academic core was managed by a third-party LMS, we built the project around stable integration. Before launching user-facing features, we validated data exchange, API behavior, and sync logic to ensure reliable system communication.
3. User-Centered Service Design
We mapped real student journeys — from course discovery to booking and lesson management — and built the platform around them. Each interaction was simplified to make the service clear and easy to use, especially for non-technical users.
4. Scalable Foundation for Growth
The platform was designed for future growth. New services, pricing models, legal modules, and automation layers can be added without rebuilding either the website or the LMS core.
